Delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the transfer center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our transfer center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 25 days to arrive the destination but may take longer from time to time caused delay by bad weather or uncontrollable reasons,etc. For some area may take longer time to delivery, depends on the shipping policy of these countries.

Return Policy

ComelyU General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from ComelyU can be returned within 7 days after delivery. You can contact us by email: support@customerserving.com, and tell us the problem and issues to apply return or exchange. You may need to pay the shipping fee of returns, depends on the order situation and your country. Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

7 DAYS PRODUCT RETURN GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? Witnin 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

We will review your request and contact you immediately if we need more information and help you deal with your problem.

Once we approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
